This puppy/dog is in good physical health and free of communicable (such as Parvo/Distemper) disease, as it appears to the eye at the time of leaving the breeder's premises. The breeder guarantees this canine against hereditary life threatening genetic defects only for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This agreement does not cover internal (such as Cocci or Giardia) or external parasites. The said puppy has had all required shots for his/her age which include parvo, distemper, and adenovirus type2 (hepatitis) or para influenza. He/she has also had routine worming from age 2 weeks & every 2-3 weeks after till leaving the premises but there is no guarantee against such parasites and the buyer will need to discuss with their veterinarian on keeping up with a worming regimen . Buyer agrees they have received a copy of shot/worm records with this contract. Note: It can take up to 2 weeks for a vaccine to start to work. Your puppy needs to be taken straight home from the breeder’s disease free home. Do not travel around with your puppy visiting or to places where other animals have roamed (especially PetSmart , PetCo, or apartments) until your puppy has had all his required puppy shots completed as they could still contract a disease until then. In the event that a life threatening genetic health disorder renders this canine unsuitable as a companion animal, the purchaser will surrender the canine, registration papers, health records and signed transfer to the breeder. Who will replace the original purchase price only provided the disorder was not induced by negligence of the owner. Such requests must be accompanied by written verification of life threatening disease or defect by the buyer’s qualified veterinarian. Once the puppy is returned, the sellers own qualified veterinarian will also examine the puppy for verification.  

The breeder does not guarantee size, show quality or breeding ability of this puppy/dog.  
This puppy/dog is sold as a companion pet only and spay/neuter is required for the health and welfare of this puppy/dog unless otherwise noted on contrat.

REQUIRED CHECK-UP:    New owner/buyer must take animal or puppy to a State Licensed Veterinarian for a complete health check-up once new owner has taken possession WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS (i.e. 72-hours) from date  & time of possession, further continuing the required check-ups and required regimen of shots and puppy care. A copy of said report from 1st Vet visit must be mailed to us for proof of examination within ten (10) business days after exam. If animal or puppy is NOT seen by said Vet within 72-hour deadline, or if report is not sent to us for verification, this Contract and all Guarantees, written, verbal or implied, become null & void.

This is a binding contract enforceable in a court of law within the State of Texas. In the event of any litigation, cases will be heard in Montgomery County, Conroe, TX where the puppy was sold. If said courts agree with the seller, the buyer will be responsible for all court cost and attorney fees the seller may have occurred.
