Lynda,

I just wanted to write you a quick email and let you know how much we love our new edition to our family! He has the best personality and we are so thankful that you saved him for us. He is a very loving family member and will be very spoiled! I will be sending more pictures to you very soon, but here are a couple that we have taken. We decided after we got him home to change his name, we call him Mooshi and it means little mouse in Persian. Hope you have a great day and I will be in touch soon.

P.S. As I am writing you this email, Ali asked were he was and I looked beside me and he was curled up in a ball beside me. I was able to get a pic that I have attached.

Thank You
Heather and Ali

Lynda-

Hello!  I just wanted to give you an update on Little Bear, now known as “Rex”!  Such a big name for a little guy!  He is doing great….first night he was up every couple of hours to play, and of course to cuddle (with Hannah who has slept on the couch the last 2 nights to take care of him!)…last night he slept for 6 ½ hours straight!  He was a bit exhausted after a long day of LOTS of attention!  He is very curious of our cats, and our older, big dog, Romeo…he so wants Romeo to play with him…he follows Romeo around right at his feet when they go out to go to potty.  It is so funny.  I keep telling the kids that they have to actually put him down so that he can use the rest room!!  J

Anyway, thank you again for taking care of the little guy…he is a joy!  So playful and loving.  I will send you some pictures when I download from my camera.

Take care,

Pam

Ms. Lynda,

Sterling is about 3 1/2 months old already and it seems like we just came to pick him up from you.  Time goes by way too fast.  Sterling is a "handsome little devil" with a bit of a mischievous side (he loves to chew!!!)  He is doing GREAT!  I would like to thank you again for sharing this little guy with our family.

His "true AKC registered" name is Prince Sterling.  He is getting really long, has an extremely long nose, and really long ears.  He has kept his weight down so far, but he is really active.  I hope the weight doesn't change, but I am kinda looking forward to the activity to slow down at least a little.  He is truly the best looking and best built dachshund that I have ever seen( and that is not just from a proud momma's point of view)  My vet was amazed at what a great example of dachshund that he was.  I told him that we couldn't take credit for that because he got his great looks from his mom and dad and his breeder (you) of course.  Well enjoy that grandbaby and I look forward to hearing from you with more breeder tips when you get a chance.

Thanks again, Cindy

Brigita is doing great.  It was hard to get a picture of her that wasn't blurry.  If she's awake she's moving.  She's caught up to her sister and is very sweet.  I've attached her vet report and pictures.  If you need something else let me know.  The vet said she was in great shape!

Thank you for letting us adopt her!

Well, it hasn't taken my little mini Cooper to take over my heart and my house. Thank you so much for such a great little guy!

Hugs,
Liz

Hi Lynda...this is Cooper at 3 1/2 mos. He is a 7 lb. carefree, stubborn little guy that couldn't be loved more!! The new puppies are just great. I keep up with your website just in case I want another Dachsie...I think I'm hooked!!!

Take Care,
Liz

Got Maddie all checked out by the vet. She is very health and no worms! The shot went ok and little maddie is sore, but doing fine. Thanks again for everything . We r loving her.

Adorable tiny "Maddie" has gone home with Courtney and is now spoiled rotten.
"Maddie" loves living with her new buddy "Harley".

PREVIOUS RESCUED ADULT.
Keep crated 23 hours a day, to only be let out for an hour each day. Was hyper from no exercise & snippy due to no socialization and children poking at him through his crate. We are most pleased with the wonderful loving home he is in now. He deserved this chance!

Hello Linda,

Hope this email finds you and John doing well. Just a note to let you know it's been one year since we brought home Sir Cooper. He is now King Cooper, he is so much fun to be with, he has completely calmed down and can be lazy at times. Walking and the bike runs are still his favorite things to do aside from softball games on Sundays. Everyone knows him at the ball field and they love to play catch with him, oh yea!, he plays catch. We take him everywhere we go so he travels well too.

Cooper sends his love to all in Cut n Shoot and also a big "thank you" for finding him a good home.

PREVIOUS RESCUED ADULT
This dachshund mix started out with very rough life and now has the most loving forever home. He had previous been burned with 3 sixes on his back by some sick person and had been passed around to many homes. His last owner's were going to just dump him in a ditch because they no longer wanted him anymore. We cry tears of joy every time we get an update. He is very spoiled now and has as big as a heart as his owner's. What a special boy!

Lynda,
Here’s some recent pictures of our little guys.  Sixer was poised to hunt squirrels when we snapped this one.  He never catches the squirrels although he has caught a couple of pigeons. He is our fierce little hunting dog. He will walk systematically over the entire yard sniffing for fun. He is doing good. I think he is starting to show some of his age now. He has a period of time where he will play but for the most part now he is strictly a lap cuddlier and kisser (that will never change haha). There’s less bounce in his step now but every now and then he has to remind Buster who is boss. The two lil guys are sooo much alike! We just LOVE our Doxies and could never go back to any other dog.

I just thought I would update you on our ole guy. Life is great with them!
Chris, Lisa, Kids, Sixer, and Buster
