We are a small breeder of Dachshunds located in the small town of Cut-n-Shoot, TX which is just on the outskirts of Conroe, TX. Approx. 30 miles northeast of Houston.

ALL the dogs that OWN us are very pampered and spoiled. They have been raised indoors and have never spent a night outdoors. The more behaved and older dachshunds have earned their privileges and are allowed the run of the house. They have their own doggie door with a big fenced in front yard. The younger ones have their own bedroom, complete with a doggie door, covered porch, and a ramp. They get to romp around and chase each other in a large fenced backyard. In the evenings and on weekends, they are all turned out together to romp and play, chase ball, or to just soak up the sun, which they love to do. When they are not outside, they are either cuddled up in one of our laps, sleeping in their own bed, the couch or snoozing in one of our beds. We are just lucky they let us LIVE in their house!

We do have kennel dogs that we have obtained. Some have turned into some great house pets. Most of them are very willing to please. Others have not. They have been in an outside kennel all their life and can not make the transition. In our kennel, each have their own doggie igloos, ac/heat, ceiling fans and nightlights. They have doggie doors, where they can go out in their fenced in runs to exercise and play.

We have been raising Dachshunds for over 15 years now and they have been such a joy to have! Our dogs occasionally get treats, but the thing they love the most is vegetables. Green Beans, Cauliflower, Broccoli, & Asparagus! They also love baby carrots. They are crunchy and great for the teeth. They are not only healthy, but they do not gain the unnecessary weight that the dachshund does not need.

Please note: We do not have Teacup Dachshunds. There is no such thing! I am amazed at how many people are actually out there looking for a 5 pound Dachshund. If you are wanting something Teacup size, we suggest you buy a Chihuahua. Occasionally, some of our pups have only gotten around 6-7 pounds. We do not breed for this small on purpose though. I feel like it would cause too many health problems and back issues later in life. So if you see someone advertising a Teacup Dachshund, steer away!

We welcome any questions you may have. We love to talk "dachshund"! If you would like to see a puppy (over 4 wks.), you are most welcome to come out and visit by appointment. We are usually always available on weekends, sorry, due to our work schedules, we no longer make appointments during the week. Once one of our puppies leave, we always offer on-going support. All our pups will have their shots and are regularly wormed. They will also have a written guarantee against any life threatening genetic health defects. When you pick up your pup, you will also leave with a puppy package which includes their health records, certificates, lot's of dachshund information, how to take care of your puppy info., and food. The only thing you will need, once you get your puppy home is, a bed, lot's of toys, and of course..... lot's of love.
